The mission of INSTEP is to provide free, consistent, quality, temporary childcare for low-income families to facilitate their work toward self-efficacy, family health and/or economic development. INSTEP was founded with the sanction and assistance of the Council of St. Paul Province of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet.
