The Jabbok Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization, founded in 1998 to provide governance and to secure funding for two programs areas: Innovative Supporters to Empower Parents (INSTEP) and the Center of our Lives (COOL) Youth Center. These programs are designed to meet the needs of low income and at-risk families in our Whittier neighborhood.
