Every Tuesday, 6/5, 6/12, 6/19, 6/26 @6:15pm: Calvary Chaos Softball Team! - Get your gloves out of storage and enjoy the summer by playing on our team.  It's great fun and a great opportunity to meet and hang out with other Calvary people!  Interested?  Please see Ken Schacher (612-240-0478) or Dave Moore (612-827-4981).  If you want to simply cheer our team on to victory, attend the games!  We play every Tuesday night from 6:15-7:15pm at Lake Nokomis park.  If you are playing, please show up 1/2 hour early (5:45) so that we can set up the lineup and so you can warm-up!   Click here for the 2006 season schedule!

Friday, 6/15 @ 7-8:30pm: Summer Concert, "On The Corner"! - Please join us for music, food, and games for the kids at Calvary beginning at 7pm.  There will be kids activities, popcorn and lemonade.  Live music by members of Calvary Church and the Twin Cities.  Music will be in front of the church on Blaisdell avenue while the kids activities will be in the playground and in the back.  Help is needed.  People can contact the following people:

Friday, 6/22 - Saturday, 6/23: Men's Retreat - Calvary's Men are invited for a great weekend of fun and fellowship out at 'The Barn' again this year.  This is an overnight retreat for Calvary's men - June 22-23 (Friday evening to Saturday afternoon).  Join us as we seek to examine Peter!  This retreat is for all men at Calvary.  We will begin on Friday, June 22nd with a cookout at approximately 6pm at a location about an hour south of Minneapolis and continue until Saturday at 5pm.  Save the date and indicate your interest by signing up in the back of the church after service or call Cody Schimelpfenig (612-998-0228) for more information.

Sunday, 7/15 after church: Visitor's Lunch! - We would like to invite anyone new to Calvary (over the last 3-4 months) to lunch on us following worship!  It's a chance for us to say 'Thank You' and a chance for you to get to know us better.  Please gather at the information table in the back of the sanctuary.  Thank you!

Men's Breakfast - is on hiatus for the summer.  It will resume on 8/25, Saturday morning, at 8:30.

Every Saturday @ 9:00 am: Calvary Kidstuff - At Calvary Kidstuff, we provide clothing and toys at low prices. Proceeds go to offset the costs of providing day care here at Calvary through Instep. Please contact Carol Jamison (612-822-9702) to volunteer!
