BAPTISM OPPORTUNITIES
Baptism is a way for you and/or your kids to make a bold community statement that they are on the journey with the rest of us following Jesus' way. Late this summer, there will an opportunity to be baptized either in Lake Superior at Family Camp (August 17) or at a special outdoor service at William O'Brien State Park with the entire church community in Sept.
JOIN US SEPT 7 AT WILLIAM O'BRIEN STATE PARK FOR OUTDOOR SERVICE, BAPTISM, & CHURCH PICNIC
The park is fully accessible with ample bathrooms, a fishing dock, lake and beach, lovely campsites, and boat rentals. We will arrange rides (or a bus) from Calvary to help folks attend this special day away together.
CAMPING OPPORTUNITIES
If you are interested in camping for the weekend at William O'Brien, book your site now. A few families have already reserved sites in the Riverway section.
We have room for everyone to join for camp this year with expanded housing options and excellent facilities, food, and fellowship. Folks can choose remote and rustic camping above the shores of Lake Superior or stay near more modern facilities near at the main camp where we will host group meals.
VBS registration is open for summer 2025. Calling all detectives to come get a clue about what to do as Jesus-followers. Your early registrations are so helpful in planning. And, we need as many volunteers as we do kids to make it a fun few days. We can find the right fit of jobs for everyone!
